Water and Waste Laboratories

Water and Waste Laboratories has established this on-line Instrument Booking System to facilitate users to schedule their sample analysis activities. The system is designed mainly for internal colleagues and students of CEE to book the instruments online. Various charging rates are associated with each of the instruments depending on the test complexity. Users might be charged according to those rates or via equivalent compensation, and they are reminded to be aware of the notional charge and how much they might probably be charged later.

User who want to book and use the instruments via this online system is required to have a PolyU NetID. User need to contact the technical staff handling the equipment and obtain proper training to ensure that they know how to use the equipment SAFELY.

Staff handling the corresponding booking may cancel the booking if he/she has a crash of schedule or consider the booking is invalid, without necessary to provide justifications.
